Transcription
standard tapes, mini and micro cassettes and digital files (.aif, .au, .aac, .asf, .dct, .dss, .dvf, .flac, .mp3, .msv, .mp2, .mpga, .ogg, .ra, .ram, .rm, .sri, .vox, .wma, .wav files)
$2.25 per audio minute (excl GST)
Typing
letters, faxes, memos, reports, minutes, emails, novels, manuscripts, speeches, job applications, assignments, essays, theses, contracts, proposals
$30 per hour (excl GST)
Data entry $30 per hour (excl GST)
PowerPoint Presentations $35 per hour (excl GST)
Document Formatting
correspondence, contracts, proposals, reports, novels, manuscripts, speeches, job applications, assignments, essays, theses
$35 per hour (excl GST)
Executive meeting and travel planning $35 per hour (excl GST)
General Office Support
technology advice, mail merges, form design, internet searches, drafting letters, databases
$35 per hour (excl GST)
Proofreading and Editing
correspondence, reports, novels, manuscripts, speeches, job applications, assignments, essays, theses, contracts, proposals
$40 per hour (excl GST)
Event Planning
business meetings, trade shows, conferences, presentations and exhibitions
$40 per hour (excl GST)


We understand that confidentiality is very important for our clients. As such, we are happy to sign any confidentiality agreement you may require.

Payment

  • Invoices are issued monthly or on completion of the job
  • Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date
  • Payment can be made via cheque, credit card, PayPal or direct deposit
  • Urgent requests and after hours work attract a surcharge
